Messenger, Esq, the WV State Long-term Care Ombudsman; Daniel Miller, PhD, Assistant Professor in the Department of Philosophy, West Virginia University; Alvin H. Moss, MD, Professor of Medicine, West Virginia University School of Medicine, and Executive Director of WVNEC; and Matthew Smith, MD, MS, MBA, Associate Professor of Neurology and Neurosurgery at West Virginia University School of Medicine, and Director of Neurocritical Care, West Virginia University Hospitals. They will discuss the multiple clinical, ethical and legal issues in the case and recommend how best to approach.
